Stocks Surged: Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the on Thursday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Prudent Corporate Advisory Svcs(14.87%), Gita Renew. Energy(14.74%), Rushil Decor(13.68%), Confidence Futuristic Energetech(13.59%), Mangalam Industrial(13.14%), Amrapali Ind(12.86%), Saptak Chem(12.67%), RattanIndia Infra(12.59%), Cochin Minerals(12.58%) and Kwality Pharmaceutic(12.30%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 553.12 points down at 79389.06, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 135.5 points at 24205.35.

In the Nifty 50 index, 13 stocks ended in the green, while 37 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Bio Green Paper, Gravity(India), Goodricke Group, Prudent Corporate Advisory Svcs and Cochin Minerals hit their fresh 52-week high, while Gian Life Care, Gautam Gems, Tilak Ventures, Akshar Spintex and Ovobel Foods Ltd touched their new 52-week low in today’s trade.
